Our Policies

as of January 1, 2024

 Tuition Policies

  • Tuition is auto-billed on the 1st of each month (i.e. billed on April 1st for the full month of April).

  • Full-year tuition is divided into nine (9) equal installments from Sep to May. We factor in the days we are closed.

  • No adjustments, refunds or credits will be made for absences, withdrawals, dismissals, or inclement weather days. Adjustment of fees or make-up days may be considered if circumstances render P.O.M. inoperable.

  • Fees are posted on the 28th of each month. Parents can manage their accounts via the Parent Portal, which allows credit card updates,  partial/full payments, and registering for additional classes/camps.

  • Tuition must be paid electronically to ensure each party receives a receipt and history of the transaction. For this reason, we do not accept cash, checks, CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle for tuition.

  • Any payment received after the 7th of the month is subject to a late fee (10% of the balance due).

  • (Performance/Competitive Dancers) - If 60% of overdue balance isn’t received 10 days prior to competition or performance your child will NOT be permitted to compete/perform.

Parking Policy & Tips for Parents

Limited parking is available on-site. We encourage parents and/or guardians to follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and safe drop-off experience for everyone!

General Parking:

  • Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be patient and courteous to other drivers.

  • Do not park in restricted areas, including fire lanes, handicapped zones, or double-parked. Violators may be towed at their own expense.

  • Turn off your engine and lock your car when you leave your vehicle. POM Squad is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.

Drop-off & Pick-up:

  • Double parking is strictly prohibited. It creates a safety hazard and blocks other parents from accessing parking spaces.

  • Do not leave your car unattended in the parking lot. Once you have dropped off your child, please move your car to a designated parking space or leave the area.

  • Use the neighoring streets when available. Parking is available on streets throughout the neighborhood adjacent to the studio. If you plan to wait in the lobby, we suggest utilizing these spaces.

  • Be mindful of pedestrians and young children in the parking lot. Please drive slowly.

Additional Tips:

  • Plan to arrive early, especially during peak hours. This allows extra time to find parking and avoid last-minute rushing.

  • Carpool with other parents if possible. This reduces the number of cars needing parking spaces.

  • Talk to your child about the parking situation. Encourage them to be patient and understanding.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping to maintain a safe and efficient parking environment for everyone at P.O.M. Squad.
